Y'all! I have lived in Florida for almost twenty years and I have never been to mile zero! How is that even possible? I don't know! Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting one of my very best friends in Key West. I have been meaning to visit for basically the entire time I've lived in Florida, and I finally made it happen. Isn't funny how you have to have a really good excuse to go somewhere new? Let me just say that if you have never visited the Florida Keys, it should go to the top of your vacation list (maybe just wait until the winter months when it's a little cooler). Gorgeous teal water, beautiful buildings, incredible food, tons of entertainment and all the water sports!
Just check out the architecture in this adorable little town! Y'all know I'm a sucker for neutrals! I took full advantage of all the light and airy photo opportunities. My sweet friend Jordan was such a good sport and modeled for me the entire weekend. We spent a solid three days just sight seeing, exploring and of course, taking lots and lots of photographs. Look how cute she is!!!
We visted Mile 0! We visited the Green Parrot! We explored Fort Zachary Taylor State Park! We went on a breathtaking sunset cruise in Monroe, enjoying a little champagne along the way. We munched on incredible food and sipped on pina coladas! The entire experience was so enjoyable, I might just have to go back before the summer ends!
Huge shout out to my bestie for showing me around this adorable town and allowing me to annoy her with my camera. I can't wait to visit again!
What are your favortie vacation spots? I'm always looking for new places to visit and photograph!
